Caafimaadka waxaa lagu dhoowri karaa iyadoo 
lasameeyo qodoba soo socda:
1. cunto dheelis tiran (Blance diet)
2. hurdo kugu filan (Enough sleep).
3. jimicsi (Exercise)
4. in balwada lajoojiyo (Limite the smook)
5. in gogol dhaafka lajoojiyo (One partiner).
